Frequently Asked Questions

Real questions from real drivers, answered straight — no marketing language, no dodging the hard ones.

The Objection, In Full

Does Drivrmate find me clients?

No — and that's by design. Drivrmate doesn't match you with clients for the same reason we don't take a cut of your fares: because that's your business, not ours. A platform that finds you clients has to fund that matching somehow — usually by taking a percentage of everything you earn, forever. We don't do client-matching, so we don't need your percentage.

What if I don't have my own clients yet?

Then Drivrmate isn't the right fit for you today — and we'd rather tell you that now than have you sign up and churn. Our guide to building a repeat client base is a real place to start. Come back once you've got a handful of regulars.

Is Drivrmate a marketplace like Uber or Lyft?

No. Uber and Lyft match you with strangers and take a percentage of every fare to fund that matching. Drivrmate doesn't match you with anyone — you bring your own clients, and they book you directly.

Which Platforms Does Drivrmate Replace?

Which apps does Drivrmate replace?

For rideshare drivers, Drivrmate replaces the parts of Uber and Lyft where your own regulars would otherwise have to open the app, hope you're online, and get matched to whoever's nearest. For courier and delivery drivers, it replaces DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Instacart for the specific customers who already know you and would rather order directly. Drivrmate doesn't replace those platforms for finding new clients — it replaces them for booking the clients you already have.

Pricing & Trial

How much does Drivrmate cost?

$99/month, flat. The first 100 drivers and businesses lock in $59/month for as long as they're on Drivrmate. There's no per-ride commission, ever.

What happens after my 14-day free trial?

You're automatically offered the $59/month founding rate if you're one of our first 100 — otherwise, $99/month standard. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged anything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

What's the Stripe processing fee?

Stripe is the payment processor that securely charges your client's credit card — Drivrmate doesn't handle card payments directly, Stripe does. Their standard rate is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. That fee goes to Stripe, not Drivrmate — we only charge our flat monthly rate on top of it.

For Existing Businesses

I already run a car service / courier business. Is Drivrmate for me?

Yes — if you're currently booking clients by phone, text, or a manual quote-request form, Drivrmate is built to replace exactly that. See how Drivrmate works for businesses →
